RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All products in our store are made to order through our production partner, Printify. Due to the custom nature of these items, we can only offer returns, replacements, or refunds in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review this policy in full before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered:
  • Contact us at shop@preventchildabuse.org within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Items must have the original tag or label still attached to qualify for a return or refund.
  • We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.
Lost Packages
If your tracking number indicates your order hasn’t arrived and your shipping address was entered correctly:
  • Notify us as soon as possible at shop@preventchildabuse.org.
  • We will work with Printify to confirm the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns for Other Reasons
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Incorrect size or color ordered
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before completing your purchase.
Return Address & Processing
As orders are fulfilled by Printify’s global network of print partners, returns are not processed at a centralized location. If your order qualifies for a return, our support team will guide you through the next steps based on the Printify partner responsible for your item.


SHIPPING POLICY

All products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners through Printify.
Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Processing)
United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
    (Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the print provider.)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We strive to keep shipping rates affordable and transparent.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately. This is due to our use of multiple Printify fulfillment partners.
Address Issues & Delivery Failures
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reship or refund items due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or if it's significantly delayed:
